Beginning with this post, I am adding a couple of features to my blog for fun, yet hopefully edifying purposes:

 

1)  “Word of the Moment”

In the past, I have been accused of using uncommon words.  Consequently, I will try to include a definition link in my posts for those words that may not be in everyday vocabulary.  I have done this for “edifying” above.

 

I thought about calling this feature the “Word of the Day,” but I have yet to be able to post daily.  I also thought about calling it the “Word of the Post,” but I cannot guarantee my ability to come up with one each time I post.  I can’t even promise that all (or any) of the words will be uncommon to the reader.

 

2)  Theology 101 – This is intended to be an ever-growing library of important terms, people, and events that are or were meaningful to Christians.  I don’t expect to add them in any particular order or interval, but I will start with some of the basics.  The first entry (and only so far) is “justification.”  Readers are encouraged to make suggestions for items to be included on the list.
